There are only 6 days in each cycle that women have a chance to get pregnant. Peak fertility days are usually two days, LH peak day and the day before that day. Ovulation day is the 2nd highest fertile peak day. The 3 days before the peak fertility day still have a chance of pregnancy, but it is not quite as high. The remaining days of the cycle are all considered low fertility days and are not recommended as days to attempt fertilization. We recommend having sex on the LH peak day, the day before LH peak and ovulation day. You may also try on the 3 prior days if you want to further increase your chances. Our new chart will visually show you the momentum of your fertility within the 6-day fertility window.
