1. Tap the "Log Period" icon on the Homepage OR tap the ”Edit Period” button on the Calendar page.

2. Tap the first day of your period, Premom will automatically select all period days for you to “Save” based on the average period length you have logged in during the sign-in process. If you have skipped logging your period, 5 days will become the default period length.

3. To edit your period, you can always tap on the date you desired to add or deselect.

NOTE: Future dates cannot be edited.
