Pregnanediol Glucuronide (PdG) test strips should be taken AFTER you believe ovulation has taken place. It is highly recommended to use PdG tests 5 days after the positive result is achieved with an OPK/LH test. For best results, use a urine sample from your first urination of the day (“first-morning urine”).
