1. Tap the profile icon on the upper left corner of the Home page.

2. Tap "Your Provider" and you will see a plus icon – tap it and choose "Show Code" or "Show QR Code". Present the code to your provider for them to enter/scan on their end.

Note: Currently, this feature is only available for iOS users. Your provider needs to register on the Premom Provider site (https://advisor.premom.com/login) to access your data.
