You need to have 6 valid green cycles to be eligible for a free consultation. These 6 valid cycles do not need to be consecutive, but a 2-cycle gap should not be exceeded.

Note:

1. If a miscarriage happens during the period of the 9-Cycle Money-Back Guarantee, your valid green cycles will be reset. For example, if you have 5 valid green cycles, and get pregnant in the 6th cycle but ended up with a miscarriage, the valid green cycles will be reset to 0 then. However, if you keep trying after your cycle returns to normal, once you meet our criteria, you will be eligible for all benefits of the 9-Cycle Money-Back Guarantee again.

2. The consultation service is currently only available to users with an iOS device within the United States unless otherwise stated. Premom will only compensate for one fertility consultation as part of the guarantee program, whether or not the Premom user is in attendance.
