To request a full refund after trying for 9 cycles:

1. Tap on the "9" icon on the upper left corner of the Homepage.

2. Find "The Benefits" and tap on the "Refund on Premom Ovulation Tests, Pregnancy Tests and Basal Body Temperatures Thermometers after 9 cycles of trying to conceive unsuccessfully" option.

3. Fill up the "Refund Request" form accordingly and click the "Submit" button. But if it jumps to the "Refund" page without showing the refund request form, please contact the Premom support team through the "Support" tab and provide all the orders that are eligible for a full refund.
